It seems impossible to believe that it has been 22 years since the horrific attacks on 9/11. We pray for the people who lost their lives that day and we pray for the people who risk their lives every day to keep us safe. Today is a powerful opportunity to take a step back and think about how we are living our lives to the fullest. How would the people who died on September 11, 2001 counsel you and I to live our lives? What would they challenge us to change about our lives? I challenge you to take a moment of silence today to reflect on these questions and take actionable steps to becoming the-best-version-of-yourself. May God bless you and God bless America.

I’ll send you off with a quote from Holy Moments:
"There are so many things we cannot change in this troubled world. When we focus on the negative our energy is quickly drained. We become anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted, because it is demoralizing to feel helpless. The power of Holy Moments demonstrates that we are the opposite of helpless. The principle of Holy Moments teaches us to focus on the good we can do. This energizes us. Some moments are holy, some moments are unholy, and our choices can guide a moment in either direction. This is an enormously empowering truth. Let Holy Moments show you what is possible.”
